What is the role?

We are looking for a UX/UI Designer to join our growing team during a dynamic growth stage of the company. As a UX/UI Designer, you will support the strategic design of customer experience solutions throughout the entire design lifecycle. You will collaborate with all stakeholders to help turn business requirements, user needs and creative strategy into user-centered, effective, intuitive, amp; visually appealing products. We are capturing complex engineering processes and turning them into simple and guided experiences using our apps.

Requirements

  • Education or proven experience in Interaction/UI/UX Design, HCI, or related fields
  • Demonstrated experience in taking a user-centered approach to solve complex design problems
  • Proficient knowledge of Figma, Adobe XD or other UI design tools
  • Experience working with Design Systems
  • Ability to multitask and work on multiple products

  • Knowledge of the construction industry is an asset, but not a requirement
  • Some web design or software design experience is an asset, but not a requirement

Desired Skills and Responsibilities

  • Drive design projects from concept to execution
  • Maintain, improve and update existing applications as required
  • Collaborate with clients, product owners, designers, and developers to solve business problems with creative design solutions
  • Facilitate stakeholder interviews and user research sessions, and translate findings into executable insights
  • Ability to understand and interpret complex problems and turn them into simple solutions
  • Connect design decisions back to business objectives and user research
  • Successfully communicate your concepts, ranging from strategy and UX concepts to UI and individual components, to a broad range of audiences
  • Contribute to internal design guideline
