Our stance on WFH
We have a flexible WFH-friendly policy, even before the pandemic, and will continue to give our employees the freedom to choose whether they want to work from home or come into the office. We encourage you to adopt a hybrid working model with 1-3 days/week at the office as we believe there are still many benefits from interacting in-person with your colleagues! You may also be required to come into the office for meetings on some occasions, typically once or twice per month.
