Mandate:
Reporting to the Freight Manager, the Customer Service Representative will process amp; review international import cargo, and manage booking transactions for a portfolio of clients. The candidate will also communicate with clients while providing administrative support to the freight services team.
Requirements:
• Minimum of 1 year experience in logistics
• Computer skills for mainframe and/or PC based systems
• Proficiency in MS Office
• CCS designation an asset
