Our sales team is looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help manage our inbound lead volume. In this role, you'll be working directly with our Director of Sales, marketing and our Account Executive team. Every role at Rose Rocket is an opportunity for professional growth.

Responsibilities

  • Follow up with inbound demos
  • Perform initial discovery calls with prospective customers
  • Perform light-weight product demos with prospective customers
  • Collect and contribute feedback to sales and marketing
  • Share your ideas! You have a direct line-of-sight to our customers, and we want to hear your thoughts on our processes, product and more.

Requirements

The ideal candidate has experience in either a marketing or sales role at a startup and is looking to work for a growing startup where they can have an impact, a voice and a path to earn more responsibility.

  • Experience crafting amp; delivering value propositions
  • Ability to come up with creative ideas
  • Willingness and ability to learn quickly
  • Ability to analyze data and problem-solve
  • A history of hyper-productivity (school, work)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Nice to have: experience in sales (software sales a plus)
  • Nice to have: experience as an entrepreneur
  • Nice to have: Familiarity with sales tech like HubSpot, ZoomInfo, DialPad, etc.
  • Nice to have: experience in or selling to the transportation industry
