Client Success at Wealthsimple:

We are building a new Risk team that will be within Wealthsimple's Client Success organization. Everyone within Client Success aims to deliver exceptional experiences to our clients, for we only succeed if our clients succeed.
The Client Experience team supports Wealthsimple clients all across Canada, so we work a variable schedule to best support our clients.
As an Associate in Client Experience (Risk), you will facilitate a safer online experience for our clients and platform. This role is pivotal in connecting Wealthsimple’s Client Experience team with our Security team.In this role, you will:
  • Deliver a fantastic client experience and do what's right for each client. You'll need to build upon your existing security, privacy, and fraud knowledge.
  • Remain tactful and composed when handling conflict and stressful situations while maintaining a high level of customer service and retaining goodwill.
  • Be accountable for meeting or exceeding daily volume targets, interacting with clients each day through various channels (phone, email, chat, etc.).
  • Analyze, escalate, and assist in remediation of critical security/fraud incidents.
  • Triage security/fraud incidents to the Client Protection Ops and Platform Protection Ops teams, respectively.
  • Communicate with Analysts and Managers regarding possible security/fraud trends detected or suspected.
  • Be a key part in monitoring, facilitating, and improving operational processes to deliver exceptional service to our clients.
We're looking for people who:
  • Bring 1+ years of client-facing work experience in the financial or e-commerce industry.
  • Experience in Risk/Fraud is considered an asset, but not a requirement.
  • Bilingualism (French/English) is preferred.
  • Possess a passion, curiosity, and energy for enhancing the security of our clients and platform.
  • Demonstrate good judgment under pressure both in terms of problem-solving and collaborating cross-functionally.
  • Believe that honesty, transparency, and inclusivity are essential when communicating with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Believe that resiliency is key because our journey will have its fair share of challenges to overcome.
  • Available and willing to work variable hours (evenings, and weekends) as needed to best support our clients.
