- Gather requirements and conduct interviews/audits/surveys with Sales teams to improve the existing processes and develop future processes.
- Build Process Maps/Epics/User Stories/Personas based on elicitation with various stakeholders to map As-is vs Ideal scenarios.
- Conduct exploratory, gap and root cause analysis to identify and report opportunities and risks in the quality, efficiency and performance of Sales teams.
- Design solutions for process improvements based on the outcomes of analysis to meet the business requirements.
- Document, conduct meetings and present solutions to the Key stakeholders and the leadership team.
- Work with Sales, Marketing, Product and Operations teams to implement the solutions.
- Conduct User Acceptance Testing and report the key findings.
- Establish control for the process improvement and solution implementation by identifying, defining and reporting the KPIs
- Lead the ongoing Sales amp; Marketing process review to develop optimization and continuous improvement strategies.
- Support Sales-Operations in building workflows, pipelines and reports in CRM, Customer Support and marketing automation software.
- Minimum Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- IIBA/PMI/Other Business Analyst Certification preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of proven work experience in Business Analysis or similar roles supporting the Sales functionality.
- Knowledge of Sales competencies and methodologies.
- Excellent Communication Skills. Experienced in interacting and presenting reports to stakeholders.
- Highly detailed oriented with Strong problem solving and interpersonal skills
- Advanced Excel and SQL Skills.
- Skilled in process mapping and building user personas/stories.
- Experienced in building reports and interpreting data using Analytical tools such as Metabase, Tableau, Amplitude, Mixpanel, Mode analytics, Google Analytics etc.
- Competent in using CRM, Customer Support and marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Zendesk, etc.
