The Role:We are looking for a detail oriented, customer-centric and creative Application Evaluation Coordinator, who is bilingual in Turkish, to join our growing Customer Experience team and take our company and platform to the next level!What you'll be doing everyday:
  • Review student documents to ensure student eligibility for consideration across diverse educational backgrounds
  • Work with our partnership schools and recruiters to resolve application issues and submit quality applications on behalf of our students
  • Work across teams to ensure program requirements and intakes are accurate to ensure optimal student outcomes
  • Empathetically communicate application outcomes to our students, whether positive or negative
  • Assist applicants with program inquiries and requirements
  • Provide advisement to students on alternative program options that meet their interests and educational backgrounds
  • Communicate with our partner school to cultivate positive relationships and clarify application processing ambiguities
  • Ensure application processes are regularly updated to ensure precision of process detail
Responsibilities
  • Follow up with applications once a student has applied through our website so we can submit it to our partner schools in a timely manner
  • Cultivate agent and student relations to ensure all post-submission documents are submitted in a timely manner
  • Communicate with our students and agents to ensure program requirements are met
  • Meticulously review students documents to ensure overall quality and program relevancy and requirements
  • Process payments and refunds for application fees
  • Keep thorough, up-to-date records of all school and program requirements
Preferred Qualities
  • 1-3 years customer service experience
  • Post Secondary Education
  • Fluent in: Turkish (speaking, reading and writing)
  • Proficiency in proofreading/ editing text to ensure spelling and grammatical correctness
  • Strong analytical abilities, detail-oriented and high level of accuracy
  • Working knowledge of Google spreadsheets, Mi
