Facilities amp; Real Estate Associate Project Manager

This role will provide support and provide assistance to the Facility Director, and reports to the Facilities Project Manager. Responsibilities include:
- Ability to read and understand project documents including but not limited to architectural and MEP drawings, space data management documents and reports.- Knowledge of special programs such as, building and fire codes, specialty furniture, furniture systems and ergonomics.- Expertise in AutoCAD, Revit, and Sketchup for delivery of, reconfigurations and design proposals - Maintains database of all PointClickCare RE portfolio floorplans up to date as required- Demonstrates ability to analyze and summarize space occupancy data in a clear, concise manner- Work with Project Manager and assist with capital projects - Conduct onsite site verification walks before, during and after completion of project - Assist with tracking and managing project issues and resolutions- Regular audits of the existing space for changes to architecture, FFamp;E and signage- Maintain inhouse sample finishes library - Ad hoc drawings in AutoCAD for requests as required, including but not limited to meeting room layouts etc.- Liaise with external contractors and vendors; schedule and oversee tasks to completion- Ability to be involved with multiple projects and project team priorities simultaneously from inception to close out- Have an intimate working knowledge of all PointClickCare furniture standards and inventory items and ensure the inventory is utilized accordingly for every project- Liaise / coordinate with IT partners on projects as required - In collaboration with the facilities team ensure thefacilitiesare maintained, clean and tidy at all times- Other duties as required
Required Experience: · Degree or Diploma in business or related discipline or equivalent work experience required· AutoCAD and other facilities database related program expertise· Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in facility project management· Professional designation in the facilities field such as FMP, CFM etc.· Excellent planning and organizational skills with ability to prioritize workload and meet timelines· Self-motivated and the ability to work independently without supervision· Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills required as this role interacts with all departments within the organization· Strong communication skills both written and verbal· Ability to adjust to multiple demands, shifting priorities, rapid change.
Contract Dates: August 8th, 2022 - September 1, 2023Physical Requirements:· Flexibility to work beyond regular business hours as required and able to respond to emergency situations·
