To do this we are scouting for a high energy and collaborative team member to join our Vancouver team as a Business Development Analyst.This role provides amazing exposure to a diverse range of sectors; from Technology to Food amp; Beverage. You’ll work closely with our Business Growth Advisors to meet business’ needs to understand how to best position their product to ensure a successful Canadian go-to-market plan.This is a varied role and cover a range of tasks:• Market insights gathering and analytics• Competitor analysis• Partner/distributor search• Project supportYou will use your analysis and reporting skills to provide valuable insights which enable our customers to make better business decisions. You’ll be proactive, curious and it’s second nature to you to seek out quality information that adds value.What you will need to be successful: O PukengaYou’ll be professional, have strong attention to detail and be quick to pick up new concepts and ideas comfortable working across multiple projects and teams at once, with exceptional time management skills. You’ll be technically savvy with skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, PowerBI experience would advantageous but not a must. Ideally, you’ll possess an interest in international business.You'll have a continuous improvement mindset and a drive for results, comfortable communicating with a wide range of stakeholders in North America and in New Zealand. You'll be inquisitive, actively sourcing information to expand your market knowledge.
