Job Description

Are you a storyteller with a background in software development or developer tools? Can you make cutting-edge technology approachable for new users while communicating complex concepts to a wide range of skill levels? Do you want to have a direct impact on the future of the Tezos blockchain? If so, this may be a perfect opportunity for you to work with a team that believes your work is fundamental to its success.

The ideal candidate for a position at ECAD Labs is a lifelong learner who thrives on the challenge of working with new technologies, takes pride in seeing how others use their work to change the world, and values community, empathy, and candor. You will be part of a small team whose core values include offering a safe environment to be yourself, share your ideas, and provide your perspective.

In this role, you will help us improve the Tezos blockchain developer experience. You will be responsible for creating, publishing, and maintaining user-centric product documents from concept to code. You will partner with product managers, development teams, and other stakeholders to build API/developer documentation, tutorials, playbooks, social media announcements, blogs, video content, FAQs, and other product-related documentation. You will be responsible for the end-to-end content creation process, including writing, editing, reviews, publication, as well as guiding the team to adhere to a consistent standard.

  • Identify or work with images, graphics, screen recordings, and videos needed to supplement written content
  • Cater content and medium to target audiences
  • Ensure existing materials remain accurate and up-to-date with product releases
  • Drive excellence through defining technical documentation standards that follow and implement the latest developments and trends in the industry
  • Over time, contribute to our products via analysis of customer requirements and usability feedback
