About the role:

As the Demand Generation Marketing Manager, you’ll support Claris Healthcare’s visibility by building brand awareness. You will do this through both digital platforms and events. You will be an expert in building brand awareness and understand what it takes to develop Claris as a leader in Remote Patient Monitoring.

Your primary objective will be to build upon Claris’ previous success to generate sales leads through creating and distributing marketing collateral, developing engagement on various social media platforms, and building brand awareness of Claris Healthcare across events and thought leadership. More specifically, you’ll get to:

Demand Generation (60% of role):

  • Develop and execute multi-channel campaigns to generate leads
  • Measure and analyzing campaign and marketing success and reporting results
  • Identify new healthcare sub-markets and advertising tactics to encourage business growth
  • Develop customer profiles and understand their buying preferences
  • Lead A/B testing strategies and execution across all channels
  • Know the company’s brand and products inside and out
  • Assist in content development to target consumers throughout the customer lifecycle
  • Work closely with and collaborate with other departments, like sales and product development, to drive sales lead strategies
  • Assure buy-in and budget support from senior leadership and stakeholders

Digital Marketing (40%):

  • Establish Claris Healthcare as an industry thought-leader
  • Maintain and update Social Media campaigns for various social media platforms to align with marketing strategies. (Linkedin, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter)
  • Create and manage digital advertising campaigns (AdWords, Facebook Ads)
  • Write, format, and publish content that meets the brand’s communication style
  • Collaborate with the sales department to create engaging content for tradeshows and build a thought leadership presence in the industry by creating white papers and editorial content.
  • Write, edit, and manage the distribution of the newsletter or other articles and press releases.
  • Implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness
  • Respond to customer reviews, inquiries amp; comments on social platforms promptly
  • Build relationships with the online community
  • Monitor and provide feedback on engagement/conversation via social media channels to leadership.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry and digital trends

The Demand Generation Marketing Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day administration and management of Claris Healthcare’s online presence and marketing content. The role is a remote full-time individual contributor level position.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing in the B2B and/or B2C SaaS space
  • A plus if your have experience with virtual care, EHR, or remote patient monitoring healthcare software
  • Previous experience in building online communities; LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and many more
  • Previous experience with Google AdWords, Facebook Ads, etc.
  • Previous creative experience using WordPress, Canva, Photoshop, Mailchimp, Copper, or similar
  • Ability to collaborate with internal and external resources, teams, and projects
  • Motivated to be resourceful, innovative and entrepreneurial
  • Ability to identify trends and
