The Opportunity:

We’re looking for a Senior Manager, Product Marketing to join our Marketing team.

Reporting to the Director, Product Marketing, the Senior Manager, Product Marketing will support the development of Wealth Management growth and engagement initiatives and marketing strategies and lead the execution of the go-to-market plan, coordinating with various internal stakeholders and vendors to increase the wealth penetration within the Credit Union distribution channel.

What your day looks like:

You are passionate about being the voice of the Credit Union Partners and Members; and understand the importance of being an advocate for them. As a data-driven, business-minded marketing expert, you will leverage data and listen to our Credit Union Partners to uncover meaningful insights to build strong go-to-market B2B2C programs.

  • Create and execute marketing programs to drive growth and engagement in a cohesive manner using data-driven approaches involving testing and ongoing optimization
  • Conceive and implement integrated marketing programs for Credit Union Partners and their Members to drive KPIs such as asset growth, retention rates, advisor and customer satisfaction
  • Lead marketing campaign analytics, constantly looking for opportunities to optimize current programs and enhance future programs
  • Lead cross-functional teams to plan, execute and measure marketing programs per defined KPIs; work effectively with internal stakeholders from Business, Analytics, Service Centre, IT, Compliance, Legal and Sales
  • Use Advisor and Member journeys, segmentation, and insights to develop tailored marketing programs that drive greater engagement
  • Create compelling and strategic presentations to obtain buy-in and alignment from executive team and key stakeholders
  • Be a champion and advocate of the Aviso Wealth Management brand, ensuring adherence to brand standards in all marketing materials
  • Work closely with the Email Specialist, Content Leads, Business and Analytics to create a well-oiled machine that is constantly experimenting, A/B-testing, and optimizing the marketing funnel
