Job Description

Working closely with the Managing Director, Director of Business Development and Lead Project Manager, the Account Manager will enjoy the autonomy to make the role their own, driving growth within existing mid-level and enterprise accounts.The Account Manager will be responsible for planning, organizing and executing high-touch programs that engage, nurture, and drive new business from existing mid-level and enterprise accounts. The Account Manager will play a central role in coordinating demand generation activities between marketing, sales, operations and project management teams, to reach the right accounts with the right messages at the right times. This position consistently collaborates with other teams internally to monitor and evaluate specific account opportunities to deliver compelling communications/offers/support. The Account Manager will be responsible for successfully collaborating with the sales team to ensure that any new business opportunities from said existing accounts are taken across the finish line.


Responsibilities
  • Understand the buyers within our larger accounts and target segments pain points, demographics, and how they buy
  • Develop and run a strategic check-in or follow-up schedule/program to assess account health and discover new business opportunities
  • Strategize, launch and optimize targeted, high-touch campaigns across multiple channels (email, social media, virtual events, partner programs, digital media, etc.) in order to drive interest and incremental revenue through specific accounts
  • Develop deep understanding of buyers, competitors and the market in order to develop effective campaigns and automated programs
  • Coordinate with internal teams, creative services, and outside agencies to develop rich content that drives results in pipeline creation
  • Develop integrated complementary strategies and plans with internal teams to engage and retarget key accounts, including co-branded campaigns with partners

Requirements

  • Experience in account management, B2B sales or marketing, or similar roles within the technology sector
  • Marketing automation and CRM experience is a plus
  • Solid communication skills (verbal, written, presentation and 1:1 collaboration)
  • Familiarity with the sales cycle and how to employ marketing communication strategies to nurture leads, drive adoption, and accelerate growth
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well across teams, accounts, partners, etc.
  • Proven experience finding creative ways to do more with less
