The Position
We are looking for a Senior UX Designer to join our team to support the advancement and successful commercialization of Methodify (an automated market research platform). We work in an agile environment, and often collaborate in cross-functional teams to solve challenging problems.
Job Details:
- Lead the design process end-to-end on complex projects
- Take a user-centered design approach to researching, sketching ideas, prototyping and testing user experiences
- Collaborate with designers, developers, and the product team to help implement the product vision
- Lead or participate in user research activities in Discovery and Delivery phases of design
- Deliver wireframes, user stories, and high-fidelity prototypes optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces
- Utilize and contribute to the Methodify design library according to the overall design philosophy
- Rapidly iterate designs and ensure UX quality as feedback shapes the platform in an agile way
- Oversee all features and user stories that are scheduled for development
- Act as a trusted subject matter expert on UX process and platform vision
- Lead training other team members on process and day-to-day function as needed
