24-7 Intouch is searching for a creative, energetic, driven content writer with strong B2B brand experience and writing skills that thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, and strives for success and results. Does this sound like you? Read on!

The successful candidate must be passionate about all things digital, self-motivated, and prepared to work in an entrepreneurial environment. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with a diverse group of people and make a tangible contribution to one of the industry’s fastest growing, innovative contact centers. This position will work very closely with our Growth, Demand Generation, and Client teams to deliver innovative marketing campaigns and initiatives.

Reporting to the Vice President of Brand amp; Communications, the B2B Content Writer will edit and write blog articles, thought papers, eBooks, web content, and sales material for potential and current client partners. Research is an important part of this position. You will learn and write about subjects that you may not yet be familiar with and work on projects for a variety of industries and ecosystems. Can you make fintech solutions sound even more exciting? Can you write a thought paper that teaches an executive in customer care something they don’t already know? If so, you’re in the right place!

As B2B Content Writer, You Will

  • Write targeted, differentiated, B2B prospect-focused content that is aligned with marketing strategies and priorities
  • Write primarily digital content including but not limited to the following channels: website and landing pages, demand generation campaigns, blog posts, educational articles, customer success stories/case studies, thought papers, all ensuring a differentiated customer experience for targeted audience industry/ecosystem.
  • Build a unique competitive advantage by strategically developing and managing written online content and communications.
  • Ability to collaborate with various departments to obtain in-depth understanding of our differentiated products, solutions, and processes in order to write engaging content for communication channels mentioned above as well as to identify and execute new content writing opportunities
  • Help maintain a content calendar that supports key marketing strategies and priorities
  • Support with other special writing requests as required
  • Maintain a consistent brand voice and customer experience across all communication channels
  • Adhere to all timeline requirements
  • Produce high-quality content that is appropriate for both the communication channel and its intended audience
  • Analyze existing and potential content, identify re-use opportunities, and continuously improve content based on feedback and data metrics

Requirements

As B2B Content Writer, You Have

  • A Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing or related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, creating short and long-form content
  • A portfolio and sample works demonstrating content writing skills and experience, primarily in the B2B space
  • Exceptional command of the English language
  • Excellent written communication skills - ability to write clear, concise, compelling, grammatically, and technically correct copy
  • An ability to develop and maintain a clear and consistent brand voice for various platforms and audiences
  • Strong creative advertising, marketing and web copywriting skills
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • An ability to work quickly and creatively in fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Excellent interpersonal skills - ability to work well with various departments
