Job Description
Your role on the People and Culture Team at Entuitive is critical to Entuitive’s growth. We are looking for a seasoned innovative talent acquisition specialist and business advisor aligned to our diverse global organizational objectives. With a focus on multi-disciplinary roles across our global firm, you will partner with key stakeholders to manage full cycle recruitment of complex and hard to fill roles. This role requires subject matter expertise, strategic thinking and execution skills of a professional who leads with vision and monitors industry trends to ensure competitive recruitment practices and policies are in place and continues best practices in recruitment.
This is a full-time opportunity and is open to candidates in Calgary or Edmonton or Toronto or Vancouver.
What will you do?
- Manage the full cycle recruitment of a portfolio of complex / hard-to-fill, junior to executive positions.
- Continuously identify and implement innovative talent solutions to deliver excellence in time to fill, quality of hire and outstanding results
- Ensure a high-quality candidate experience and frequent connections with hiring managers
- Evaluate processes to identify opportunities for ongoing quality and improvements
- Provide support, education and guidance to leaders, employees and applicants regarding workforce planning practices and processes
- Ensure data integrity by efficiently responding to requests for corporate metrics, external reporting, survey responses, audit inquiries/responses, etc
- Act as the primary Applicant Tracking System Administrator for the team and provide training to optimize system use
- Oversee the use of social media, job boards, Internet sourcing, and other technical means to source candidates
- Perform other duties as assigned
- University degree in a related field from an accredited educational institution, CHRL is an asset
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive recruitment and talent acquisition experience is required
- Proven experience supporting senior level hiring managers with complex workforce planning issues
- Full cycle recruitment experience for both senior level positions and large-scale recruitment initiatives
- Must have experience in a complex, matrix environment
- Previous industry experience in Architecture, Construction or Engineering Consulting is desirable
- High level of accountability, excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills
- Experience in Global recruitment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional organizational skills, sound judgment, professionalism, diplomatic and confidence are required for this position
