RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop use cases for the business to validate the potential impact of the scenarios
- Create segments/audiences for marketing teams
- Strong hands on ability in using Adavced SQL functions to Extract, transform, and organize the data into datasets
- Ability to understand the business context by discussing with senior client leaders and deriving useful business insights
- Ability to engage with executive/VP level stakeholders from the client’s team to translate business problems to high-level analytics solution approach
- Architect data analytics frameworks and solutions to solve data-driven business problems
- Participate in discussions with team members to select and apply relevant analytic techniques and create actionable business insights
- Provide ad hoc data requests (summarization, analysis)
- Report the results and insights using business intelligence tools
- Responsible for making presentations to senior management, communicating results to business teams, and develop plans to help operationalize analytic solutions
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional work experience with at least 4 years in business data analytics
- Strong SQL skills
- Exposure to SQL Query writing in Snowflake is preferred
- Experience working with large data sets is preferable (with an emphasis on business analysis problems)
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a closely related field. MBA preferred
- Exposure to CDP platforms like Action IQ is a preferred
- Knowledge of visualization tools like Tableau is good to have
