Primary Responsibilities
Reporting to the Transit Supervisor the Transit Administrator is responsible for dispatching drivers, assists in incident reporting, is knowledgeable about the regional area and can provide solutions and/or alternatives for drivers. A large component of this role is assisting with administrative tasks and providing a high degree of customer service in a fast-paced work environment.

The ideal candidate will posses the following qualifications that include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Schedule new bookings and coordinate with drivers regarding changes
- Utilize radio to communicate effectively with all on route drivers
- Identify all drivers active on routes are on time to ensure customer satisfaction
- Manage and pull a variety of reports as per the managers directive
- Answer phones, and email correspondence in a professional and courteous manner
- Take responsibility for the Emergency Response Plan in the event of a serious collision
- Possess clean driving record and Criminal Record Search with Vulnerable Sector Screening
- Excellent time management, organization, and communication skills
- Proficient in computer software experience in MS Office (Word amp; Excel)
- Strong customer service experience
- Available for weekday evenings from 3:00pm to 7:00pm as well as and Saturday shifts
