Requirements
What We Need From You
- A passion for working with home buyers amp; sellers
- A valid Real Estate license (or ability to renew)
- 1+ year(s) of experience as a REALTOR working with buyers or sellers
- Meet with clients for a listing consultation or listing appointment
- Educate clients about our extensive service offerings
- Complete an effective comparative market analysis (CMA)
- Collect relevant property information to update into our advanced systems
- A flexible work schedule
- A valid driver’s license and access to a reliable car
- Bilingual (French) is an asset
- Additional skills and attributes:
