We're looking for a Communication Consultant Intranet Lead to support our People amp; Culture team.
The Intranet Lead is responsible for the effective management and day-to-day operations of Servus's primary employee communications channel, the intranet. They are responsible for developing a channel strategy and roadmap that leverages key functionality offered by Servus's relevant technology stack to meet business needs. The Intranet Lead brings a creative lens to the intranet, always looking for ways to improve the tool and content to better serve our organization and employees.
The Intranet Lead works closely amp; collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels across the organization company to ensure the intranet delivers accurate, accessible and impactful business information to employees, and that business objectives are supported.
They are responsible for optimizing the intranet, including making data-driven decisions about enhancements with a focus on meeting user needs, advancing corporate strategies and supporting Servus's desired employee experience. Regular reporting on the impact of the intranet on organizational goals and priorities, with a focus on thoughtful analysis and actionable insights, is also a primary responsibility.
The Intranet Lead is responsible for the management and maintenance of core SharePoint components like libraries, sites and pages across all site collections, and of LiveTiles Enterprise Intranet features amp; functionality as applied to the sites, ensuring all are organized, maintained and managed according to current and evolving best practices and to suit Servus's business and user needs.
They lead and are responsible for publishing and overseeing publication corporate content that is consistently of high quality, accurate, accessible and impactful, including coaching peers in the effective use of the channel and its content to support project, program and organizational goals. They are responsible for effectively prioritizing, responding to and/or delegating action on a high volume of competing requests for content and publishing support and mentoring a community of content authors and owners.
The Intranet Lead will work directly and regularly with content owners, managers and authors, as well as all employees and key stakeholder groups to review, analyse, track and clean up intranet content and properties.
The intranet is a business tool that directly and indirectly supports Servus employees in delivering on the member experience, and the Intranet Lead role is critical to the ongoing effective operation of that tool.
