FLO is seeking an experienced Sales Associate, Inside Sales to support and assist in the continued growth of our regional sales in Western Canada. The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated ability to effectively develop and manage a concrete sales pipeline. YOUR DAILY ELECTRIFYING LIFE AT FLO!
- Use creativity to find new business opportunities and contact potential buyers through cold calls, emails and social media.
- Actively participate in the team's sales campaigns and prospecting activities by contacting potential leads by phone.
- Qualify leads, convert leads into opportunities and distribute opportunities to the territory sales team.
- In order to guide the distributors in obtaining new opportunities with electrical contractors in key areas you will need to develop a thorough knowledge and understanding of federal, provincial and municipal funding programs.
- Contact existing customers to offer them new products and solutions. (upsell, cross-sell)
- Work closely with the marketing team and account managers to ensure continuous improvement of lead generation processes and opportunities,
- You will be required to use Salesforce CRM to track sales opportunities, create bids for prospects, make sales projections and reports to ensure the team's annual sales goals are met.
- Proactively contribute to B2B and B2C sales activities in the region to build a sustainable sales pipeline that exceeds the goals set for the region in key market segments.
WHO WILL BE OUR EXTRA ATOM?
- Your passion for business has led you to earn a degree preferably in business, sales or marketing.
- 2+ years of sales experience with successful account management experience focused on selling technology solutions.
- An effective communicator with the ability to connect and build relationships with people at all levels of an organization, with excellent interpersonal skills.
- You are comfortable with cold calling and delivering qualified leads.
- Exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills and ability to manage priorities.
- We have clients all over Canada, so English should no longer be a secret for you.
- Computer literate, with experience using Microsoft Office products and CRM tools (preference given to Salesforce experience).
- Team player with a good sense of humor and a drive to succeed.
