Senior Account Director (Influencer Marketing)

Primary Responsibilities

• Day-to-day management and execution of our client's campaigns with support from the campaign team.
• Grow and nurture long-term client relationships with a service and solutions-oriented approach.
• Support overall tracking, billing, and budget management.
• Contribute to ongoing process improvements and ways of working.
• Leverage your existing network in the USA as well as expand your contact list globally.
• Take active participation in the hiring, training, and management of the growing campaign management team.
• Track, evaluate, and report results of campaign management efforts.

Valued Skills

• Experience in campaign management, ideally in the social media industry.
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects involving different types of
• stakeholders while ensuring daily client relationship is still maintained.
• Capacity to lead the team by ensuring the day-to-day business is executed within time while keeping sight of the team's long-term evolution.
• Understand brand strategies and interests in communication through TikTok.

Requirements

• 5+ Years of Account Management experience working in an Agency or Brand.
• Proven experience in team management and strong leadership skills.
• Extensive knowledge of the advertisement industry practices and social media campaigns.
• Familiarity with project management programs like Monday.com and Trello.
• Native English speaker.
• Living within the following times' zones: PT (UTC -8) to EST (UTC -4)
