Job Summary
Within our Center of Excellence, the incumbent collaborates with business leaders, partners and Core FPamp;A team to monitor financial performance, develop strategic plans, budgets, forecasts and financial analyses to facilitate decision-making and to meet the businesses’ strategic targets.
This involves modelling and reporting expertise in effort to ensure that the information is available to the appropriate people at the right time. The successful candidate would also support business leaders and Finance Business Partners (FBP) in providing access to more detailed information when required. This position will use standardized processes and models to promote continuous improvement, consistent analysis, and reporting.
This position drives the E2E process around month-end reporting for all partners. With the FBP you'll develop deep analytics and financial modelling in order provide insights to the business.
Responsibilities
- Build, design, maintain and improve financial models, projections, processes, and analyses.
- Drive recurring analytics supporting Supply Chain and Procurement to identify arising issues and risks.
- Analyse and interpret Supply Chain and Procurement financial information across business divisions, geographically and by market segments while incorporating relevant economic trends to provide timely mentorship towards achieving the Company’s business plan and financial performance targets.
- Understand and model business drivers through teamwork.
- Prepare detailed recurring performance reporting
- Review of the reporting content as well as variance explanations.
- Maintain amp; generate long-term plan, budgeting, as well as forecasting models and reports.
- Drive performance reporting and analyses leverage FBP for root cause review and action plan.
- Support FBP in continuously improving insights delivered as well as ad-hoc analysis.
- Model benefits and alignments in the performance management cycle.
- Conduct benchmarking and other comparative studies
- Development of analytics and metrics to support decision processes
- Developing performance drivers in dashboards
- Identify, track benefits and alignments from various projects
Qualifications amp; experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
- CPA, CFA or MBA required
- Minimum 5 years of relevant FPamp;A business experience (preferably in a manufacturing environment).
- Experienced in Financial Planning and Modelling
- Strong capability Performing Measurement amp; Report.
- Experienced in Data analysis and insight as well as financial accounting and reporting.
