ROLE OVERVIEW

The Senior Manager for Marketing Automation and Campaigns is responsible for creating and executing marketing campaigns designed to attract new customers. They will work with a variety of different teams, including sales, customer service, product development, etc., to develop strategies that will help the company grow. This individual must be a revenue-centric marketer with seasoned skills in inbound and outbound marketing with hands-on experience with Pardot and Salesforce.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES amp; DELIVERABLES

  • Develop, maintain, and execute demand generation plans aligned with business goals.
  • Develop a deep understanding of customers, products, and the buyer’s journey.
  • Work closely with other departments to build cross-functional cohesion.
  • Present to upper management to get buy-in and secure budgets, as well as report results.
  • Create personas in conjunction with Product Marketing tied to specific customer needs and preferences.
  • Leverage ICP specs to grow distribution across all channels, not just owned channels. Must be skilled in content creation supported by SEO/SEM optimization and PPC strategy.
  • Ensure that content reaches the right part of the sales funnel at the right time.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing to build programs that support sales enablement.
  • Leverage and create marketing automation for lead management to streamline, automate, and measure all marketing tasks and workflowsspecifically in Pardot and Salesforce.
  • Measure, analyze, and report campaign performance
  • Partner with SDR team to ensure quality lead delivery and proper follow-up according to established SLAs. Build a consistent feedback loop and continuously improve and optimize lead hand-off processes in conjunction with the Marketing Operations team
  • Develop a comprehensive demand generation strategy and plan across multiple inbound and outbound channels to drive MQLs

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field
  • Minimum of 4 to 6 years of full-time marketing experience
  • 4+ years of demand generation/campaigns experience
  • 4+ years working within Pardot and Salesforce.com
  • Experience implementing enterprise-level demand generation programs
  • Tactical, hands-on experience with lead scoring, lead forecasting, reporting, and analysis
  • Proven experience working with paid media and content syndication vendors
  • Experience developing compelling messaging and voice across all digital channels
  • Experience managing third party vendors including agencies and contractors
  • Experience partnering with SDRs and sales teams to coordinate, communicate, and deliver offers and campaigns that resonate deeply with customers along buyer’s journey
  • Must be a self-starter who excels at multitasking and thrives in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize and shift workload to meet deadlines
