We are an 8 figure dropship eCommerce company and looking for a rockstar UGC Content Manager and Strategist to join our team to scale our stores to 500k/day -1 million/day sales this holiday season. We sell a lot of different physical products online and are looking for someone to lead our UGC team. UGC is a significant part of our marketing so we are looking for someone with experience that can come in and crush it and help scale the stores.

About the role:

We are looking for dedicated UGC content managers to recruit, manage, and assist our team of UGC creators.

Along with managing the UGC creators, you will also be the creative director and are responsible for building creative briefs and overall marketing strategies.

The content manager should have previous experience making UGC videos for brands.

You should also have a good grasp of working trends, video styles, and everything needed to help our UGC creators create excellent videos.

This is a high-level role with a scaling business. So we are only looking for the most talented and experienced people who can come in and blow this up with us.

This would be a Full-Time Remote position.

I am living in Thailand but you can be anywhere in the world. As long as you can accommodate communication to keep things moving forward. I stay up very late so am working a lot of US hours as well.

Your goal as our UGC Content Manager is to guarantee we have at least 3-5 new videos to test every day. Therefore, you must maintain clear and concise communications with all the UGC creators and give them all the guidance necessary for success.

• Solid User Generated Content (UGC) experience
• You can demonstrate your UGC experience with your top-performing videos
• Ability to understand the client’s brand and vision
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities:

• Build detailed creative briefs for each product
• Create a pipeline of fresh hooks and styles for each week
• Manage and maintain a responsive relationship with each UGC creator
• Ensure our advertising team has fresh videos to test every day
• Coach UGC creators to produce the best content possible
• Working on different editing tasks (if needed)

Overall Job Description:

• Create a content strategy based on the product and what UGC styles you think will work
• Continuously brainstorm different marketing angles and hooks
• Build a weekly creative brief with enough hooks to produce 10 videos per week
• Send each UGC creator the creative brief at the beginning of the week
• Ensure each UGC creator delivers the required materials throughout the week
• Bring all the UGC creators into Slack and keep them updated with required tasks and announcements
