Preventative Maintenance Technician. Operations Department
Spacesaver Solutions Inc., Canada

To manage current client base of Maintenance Contracts and Maintenance Schedules for High Density Filing Systems and Lockers and perform service calls as required.

• Coordinate with Operations Manager to provide quote to existing clients for Annual Maintenance Agreement renewals
• Update the maintenance schedule of all Preventative Maintenance contracts on an excel spreadsheet, and schedule directly with client for all maintenance visits
• Provide annual maintenance service for all preventative maintenance contracts
• Check warranty expiration dates and advise applicable Sales Representative
• Meet and review monthly reports with Operations Manager
• Provide technical support and training for installation and sales teams
• Attach all work orders in Zoho
• Perform Service Technician duties as requested
• Keep a clean and well-organized company vehicle
• Monitor inventory of required tools

• Other duties as required by Management

Requirements

• Extremely proficient in time management
• Well organized
• Solid work ethic and ability to work independently
• Must have 2-years proven work experience in a service technician setting
• Aptitude for electronics/mechanical repairs
• Adapt at learning modern technologies sold by Spacesaver Solutions
• Must have valid driver’s license and clean drivers abstract
• Ability to work evenings and weekends when required, as well as travel out of province on occasion
