Blackline Safety is currently hiring an Order Management Representative within our Customer Care Team. This role will work closely with our sales teams, to ensure that our customers are satisfied with Blackline Safety and our products.

What you will do
- Process product sales orders accurately according to standards
- While processing purchase orders you will liaise with the Regional Sales Managers, the Client Success team, the Production amp; Shipping teams as well as our Distributors amp; Customers
- Using your experience in a supply chain capacity, you will resolve concerns for our internal and external customers
- Provide information to our customers via e-mails and phone-calls in a proactive, prompt, and professional manner
- Be an example of professionalism and high standards
- Support the Client Success team in the renewal of service plans for our existing customers
- Meet customer care goals and service levels for an exceptional customer experience
Skills and Aptitudes
- You possess 2 to 3 years of experience in supply chain and / or order processing or related industry
- You possess strong business acumen
- You understand Credit Card payment processing through an automated system
- You have experience with a CRM system
- You demonstrate advanced verbal and written business communication skills that are clear, concise, courteous, and professional
- You enjoy customer service and supporting a dynamic team of sales professionals
- You have strength in a technical capacity, able to understand our products to effectively assist in the accurate and timely processing of product orders
- You have sound mathematical skills to validate orders and assist our partners with their order inquires
- You are computer literate including Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Google Drive, SharePoint MS Teams, Outlook, Remote working communication tools
- You are organized, detail-oriented and can multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- You are a team player who offers solutions and ideas to continually improve the business
- You are proactive in your approach to customer issues
- You are outgoing, courteous, ambitious, and present a professional demeanor
- You show a passion for customer care and understand new technologies
- You are a go-getter with a positive attitude, wanting to make a difference within your team
- You can be firm in your delivery of company policies while being empathetic to customers’ demands
