The Opportunity:
We’re looking for a Senior Manager, Product Marketing, Partner Programs to join our Product Marketing team.
This role can be mostly remote, however we will on occasion require you to come onsite to our office at 151 Yonge St, Toronto, ON.
Reporting to the Director, Product Marketing, the Senior Manager, Product Marketing, Partner Programs will develop and execute B2B and B2B2C partner programs in support of the Credit Union Wealth (Aviso Wealth Management), Aviso Correspondent Partners, and Digital Wealth (Qtrade) teams working to scale marketing efforts to deliver against the strategic plan and annual targets. This is a unique role which will require B2B2C strategic thinking and execution. You will drive the growth of Aviso Wealth client acquisition through the partner channel, strengthening our relationship with our Credit Union partners.
We’re focused on evolving the partner ecosystem and you’ll take the lead on the Channel Partner Marketing program, helping to drive partner profitability, and product awareness. To do this, the key areas of responsibility for this role includes go-to-market planning and execution, partner experience, business operations, analytics and insights, and thought leadership.

We are looking for a leader and hands-on practitioner who can work cross-functionally to develop and execute go-to-market activities, gaining partner and internal alignment, producing messaging, co-marketing programs, and supporting content deployment. You will develop and implement to-partner and through-partner messaging and tactics that differentiates Aviso Wealth’s products and services.
We’re seeking a collaborator, with direct ownership and accountability for the creation of scalable marketing campaigns that our partners can use to drive awareness and generate demand, extending our products and services into the ecosystem. You will act as the primary marketing contact for these programs with regular participation in team calls, meetings, and planning sessions.
The ideal candidate brings three core competencies to the team: a self-starter with a strong bias for action and a can-do attitude; strong channel program manager with proven expertise and a passion for quality execution in the B2B2C space; someone who not only excels at execution but adopts a strategic approach to problem-solving and planning with an efficient mentality, finding the best path to scale, not the hardest.
