The Opportunity:

We’re looking for a Senior Manager, Product Marketing, Digital Wealth to join our Marketing team.

This role can be mostly remote, however we will on occasion require you to come onsite to our office at 151 Yonge St, Toronto, ON, and infrequent travel to Vancouver, BC may be required.

Reporting to the Director, Product Marketing, Digital Wealth, the Senior Manager, Product Marketing, Digital Wealth is responsible for direct-to-consumer marketing with full responsibility across the customer lifecycle. You will effortlessly switch between tactical and strategic mindsets with an emphasis on utilizing data to improve performance.

This role is responsible for driving increased revenue by developing programs and initiatives to acquire new clients and strengthen relationships with clients throughout their lifecycle by driving high value behaviours, reducing churn, and increasing lifetime value.

As a data-driven, business-minded marketing expert, you will leverage data to uncover meaningful insights in this high growth DIY Investing industry.

Growth amp; Lifecycle Marketing

  • Create and execute always-on marketing programs to drive growth and engagement in a cohesive manner using data-driven approach involving testing and ongoing optimization
  • Conceive and implement integrated marketing programs for new and existing clients, including onboarding, cross-sell, retention, and platform adoption programs to drive KPIs such as asset growth, retention rates, platform usage and customer satisfaction
  • Accountable for public website content and landing pages, optimizing the site, and ensuring it is up to date and accurate at all times
  • Lead marketing campaign analytics, constantly looking for opportunities to optimize current programs and enhance future programs
  • Responsible for the creation and distribution of monthly (and ad hoc) emails and newsletters, operational and other communications leveraging content team and email specialist
  • Lead cross-functional teams to plan, execute and measure marketing programs per defined KPIs, work effectively with internal stakeholders from Business, Analytics, Service Centre, IT, Compliance, Legal and Sales
  • Identify friction points in customer journeys and come up with relevant recommendations or A/B testing approaches to reduce friction
  • Use customer journeys, segmentation, and insights to develop tailored marketing programs that drive greater engagement
  • Create compelling and strategic presentations to obtain buy-in and alignment from executive team and key stakeholders
  • Be a champion and advocate of the Qtrade brand, ensuring adherence to brand standards in all marketing materials
  • Work closely with Email Specialist, Content Lead, Business and Analytics to create a well-oiled machine that is constantly experimenting, A/B-testing, and optimizing the
