Hourly pay Rate: 18$/hr

Schedule(s) available: Sunday-Monday overnight 10pm-8am

Here are the responsibilities of this role:

• Sorting boxes from full pallets into individual skids for each route;
• Breaking down pallets, moving, lifting boxes of boxes (5-10 kgs);
• Ensuring boxes of groceries are sorted efficiently and without error;
• Accurately loading orders into vehicles based on delivery routes;
• Communicating issues such as missing, extra, damaged or missorted boxes to supervisors in a timely manner.
• Any other related tasks;

Requirements and qualifications:

• A High School diploma or equivalent;
• Previous manufacturing or industrial work experience (an asset);
• Previous quality-focus experience in a food environment (grocery store, warehouse, restaurants, etc);
• Comfortable working with computer systems and programs (Excel, GSuite, etc);
• Ability to communicate, write and read in English;
• The ability to lift up to 50 pounds repetitively during your shift;
• The ability to stand for long periods;
• A willingness to work in a cold workplace (0 to +4 degrees)
