Job Description
We are a fast-growing BBQ cleaning company seeking a motivated dynamic individual who will be trained on the in and outs as a BBQ Cleaning Technician amp; Marketing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining BBQ grills, smokers, and other outdoor cooking equipment for our customers, as well as developing and executing effective marketing strategies to drive growth in the Niagara Region.
Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain BBQ grills, smokers, and other outdoor cooking equipment for our customers.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and growth in the region.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and partners.
- Communicate effectively with customers, coworkers, and superiors.
- Conduct local marketing research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth.
Full-Time summer position - Available Monday to Friday
- $20-$30/hour + Tips, Commission for referrals, and Up-selling products!

Requirements
- No barbecue cleaning experience needed
- Operate physical labour and light equipment
- Knowledge in developing and executing marketing strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to follow established procedures and protocols.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to lift heavy equipment and supplies.
- Clean driving record and valid driver's license.
- Access to a vehicle at all times
- Mobile phone with a data plan
- Available from April - August and remote availability for online training in March
