Job Summary
We are currently looking for a motivated, ambitious, dynamic team player to fill the position of Receptionist/Administrative Assistant. The person in this position will provide support to customer service.
Principal Responsibilities
- Reception, including answering phones, greeting customers and suppliers, and maintaining the visitor log.
- Managing inboxes and distributing emails to the correct customer service representative.
- Sending and distributing mail and couriers, managing stamp machine.
- General office duties, booking of boardrooms for guests, and overall management of the administrative area, and office in general.
- Offering general support to Oakville office customer service team when needed.
- Other tasks as assigned.
Requirements
Qualifications amp; experience
- 2-3 years’ experience in an administrative role.
- English, both written and verbal.
- Strong communication skills.
- Detail orientated, Strong organization skills, ability to multitask, and determine priorities.
- Professional phone manner.
- Ability to work independently.
- Intermediate level Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word)
- Good team player.
- Ability to exhibit diplomacy and tact in dealing with a wide variety of people and positions.
