Role Summary:

The Customer Service Representative with Jutzi Fuels (a division of MacEwen Petroleum Inc.), reporting to the Division Manager, will provide exceptional customer service in person and on the telephone. Process payments and invoicing for customers and respond to customer and driver inquiries.

This role is permanent full-time, Monday to Friday, based out of the Stratford office.

In this role, you will:

  • Respond to customer inquiries, in person or on the phone
  • Take customer orders for goods or services, promote goods or services, respond to inquiries, and update accounts.
  • Provide information about accounts; update accounts; initiate billing and process payments; and receive payment for services.
  • Performs Accounts receivable tasks, including contacting customers.
  • Daily Bank deposits.
  • Process counter Lubricant sales.
  • Complete and review daily truck reports.
  • Ensure all customer billing is accurate and on time.
  • Works to ensure customer files are up to date.
  • Ensures supplier invoices are processed accurately and on time
  • Communicate with drivers on matters of schedules, routes, and changes.
  • Dispatch, reroute, or re-organize deliveries when required.
  • Prepares progress reports to ensure processes are in control.
  • Contributes to the month-end process.
  • Works with sales and operations colleagues to assist in the coordination of installations and/or repairs.

Inventory amp; Billing:

  • Undertake monthly inventory counts.
  • Prepare accurate billing for lubricants, equipment, and supplies.

Equipment:

  • Prepare equipment installation schedules and/or repairs.
  • Order equipment and products. i.e., pumps, skid tanks, lubricants, DEF, and ensure a working inventory is maintained.

Other:

  • Work with the Garage Coordinator to plan and schedule vehicle maintenance and repair.
  • Provide backup support for CSRs and the Division Manager.
  • Any other duties which can reasonably be required.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

  • Completion of secondary school is required.
  • 2+ years of experience in a customer service/clerical role is required.
  • Previous dispatching experience is an asset.
  • Someone who shares our company values.
  • Proven ability to work with minimal supervision and exceed expectations.
  • A high degree of proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, verbal and written, and on the telephone.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multi-task and juggle competing deadlines and multiple priorities.
