Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative/Sales Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while also generating sales for our products and services.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
  • Provide accurate product information and resolve customer issues and complaints
  • Proactively upsell and cross-sell products and services to customers
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and goals
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and sales data

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in customer service and sales
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • Experience working in a call center or retail environment is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
