We have an opportunity for a Product Marketing Manager, Sales Enablement to join our Marketing Operations team.

As a Product Marketing Manager, Sales Enablement, you will strengthen our Product Marketing functions by providing our Sales and Customer Success teams with the information, content, and tools. These are essentially vital to engage prospects throughout their buying journey and convert them into customers.

You will utilize your strong background in developing and implementing sales enablement strategies to drive revenue growth. By establishing effective cross-functional relationships with Marketing, Product Management, and Sales Operations amp; Enablement, you will develop and execute a sales enablement plan that is based on product marketing best practices.

In this role, you will:

  • Develop and execute on a sales enablement strategy that is steeped in product marketing best practices.
  • Work closely with Product Marketing, Sales and Customer Success to ensure positioning and messaging are aligned with the sales process.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Operations amp; Enablement team, identify obstacles in the sales and onboarding process, and lead initiatives to overcome them.
  • Own the development of content and collateral to assist sales in driving business growth, including pitch decks, one-pagers, case studies, how-to videos and more, in collaboration with the Content amp; Creative functions, and Growth team.
  • Curate and package internal-facing assets such as battle cards, product sheets, competitor comparison cards, and internal feature launches.
  • Manage the sales enablement content repository and ensure that client-facing teams have access to the latest materials.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Sales Operations amp; Enablement to support the onboarding of new sales team by establishing product and customer training that reduce lead time to first sale.
  • Support Go-To-Market (GTM) launches by developing sales enablement programs to support sales readiness and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product Management, Content Group, and Growth, to develop and execute sales enablement initiatives.
  • Define, track, and report on key metrics and performance data to continuously iterate on the sales enablement strategy.
  • Be a key contributor to the growth of our competitive intelligence, customer research, go-to-market launches, and other product marketing initiatives.

You are a great fit if you have:

  • 3+ years of experience in product marketing, B2B sales, product management or marketing
  • Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills that allow you to work closely across functional teams to set, manage and align expectations
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently with little supervision
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving skills; you assess challenges and you find solutions
  • A strategic mindset and you are energized by the opportunity to contribute to revenue generation
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • A strong commitment to continuously developing product marketing skills
  • Knowledge of sales processes, CRM systems, and sales tools

Bonus points if you have:

  • A Product Marketing certification such as PMA’s Product Marketing Core certification or similar
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or any related field
  • Experience working in the publishing and media sectors
  • A strong interest in the technology sector This role is a full-time position based in our Richmond, BC office. Working from home is available during the Covid pandemic and we are actively considering and trialing hybrid solutions post-pandemic.
