We are currently looking for ambitious individuals to lead our amazing team in Quesnel, BC (1315 Jade Road). The successful candidates will drive performance and support the success of the team in the shop. Requirements
- Post-secondary education, certificate or diploma in Business or Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or Automotive Estimating is an asset
- Minimum of 10 years of industry experience
- Ability to write quality estimates by inspecting vehicles, costing parts, supplies and labour, and determining time for completion of repairs
- Exemplary leadership qualities
- Able to deliver excellent customer service at each customer touch point
- Highly developed multi-tasking abilities
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to prioritize time and work independently
- Desire to work in a performance based environment
- Applicants must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving abstract.
- Very strong computer based skill-set
- Only Canadian Citizens, Permanent Residents or those that already have valid work visas that do not require sponsorship will be considered
- Some travel may be required to attend company management functions
