Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic, energetic team player to join our Project Team in our Aurora, Ontario office (in-person). Job Description includes:

  • Inputting orders using an Internal programs; following up with vendors and schedule project installations.
  • Answer customer inquiries and provide appropriate product-related information.
  • Effectively communicate customer issues and concerns to internal teams
  • Document all contacts, actions, and responses in customer database.
  • Organize and maintain project files, client correspondence and other records.
  • Working with all departments throughout the project from order entry to completion

Requirements

  • Must be Bilingual (French and English)
  • Must currently reside within commuting distance to office in Aurora ON
  • A high degree of organizational and multi-tasking skills in a busy and fast-paced work environment, preferably with 2-4 years with similar work experience
  • Excellent customer service and telephone etiquette
  • Computer savvy with high competence in Microsoft office
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Must work well independently, as well as in team environment.
  • Flexible and adaptable to change.
  • Self starter, initiative-taking
  • Experience in corporate furniture industry an asset
  • Must have can-do attitude
