We are looking for a dynamic, energetic team player to join our Project Team in our Aurora, Ontario office (in-person). Job Description includes:
- Inputting orders using an Internal programs; following up with vendors and schedule project installations.
- Answer customer inquiries and provide appropriate product-related information.
- Effectively communicate customer issues and concerns to internal teams
- Document all contacts, actions, and responses in customer database.
- Organize and maintain project files, client correspondence and other records.
- Working with all departments throughout the project from order entry to completion
Requirements
- Must be Bilingual (French and English)
- Must currently reside within commuting distance to office in Aurora ON
- A high degree of organizational and multi-tasking skills in a busy and fast-paced work environment, preferably with 2-4 years with similar work experience
- Excellent customer service and telephone etiquette
- Computer savvy with high competence in Microsoft office
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Must work well independently, as well as in team environment.
- Flexible and adaptable to change.
- Self starter, initiative-taking
- Experience in corporate furniture industry an asset
- Must have can-do attitude
