About the Product Marketing Manager (Growth) role
We are looking for an innovative and outcome-driven Product Marketing Manager (Growth) to drive product adoption of Float. This position requires a growth-oriented mindset paired with a deep understanding of product marketing, audience segmentation, customer journeys and user experience.

Requirements
You’ll be great in this role if:
You’ve got the experience. 3-5 years experience in a similar product marketing, product operations or growth marketing role at a high growth organization including 2+ years experience in an early stage startup (Seed or Series A) where you had to build from scratch.
You are an owner. You have owned a quantitative metric and have experience being fully accountable for increasing product usage or other growth metrics.
You’re a technical marketer. You are experienced using Intercom or similar tools for product communications, and have intermediate level SQL skills. You have an excellent understanding of experimental test design, audience segmentation, tracking, and interpreting results.
You are an innovator. You are curious and relentless in your pursuit of growth targets and are excited to operate in a scrappy way. You have experience unlocking growth through creative problem solving.
You’re driven and action oriented. You have an extremely strong work ethic and approach each situation with energy and enthusiasm. You are committed and determined to achieve or exceed expectations and act with a sense of urgency.
