Job Description
We're a dedicated TikTok influencer marketing and talent agency. We help the world's biggest brands launch creative activations leveraging the power of video.
You will:
Manage and develop a team of Campaign Managers
Help drive delivery, optimizations and troubleshooting across influencer campaigns
Drive Strategy and create best in class processes to ensure timely delivery of activity
Be a trusted source of data, insight and context for Sales amp; Customer Success teams
Support troubleshooting of campaigns when needed
Deliver regular reports on KPI's and campaign results
Provide updates on ROI on each project against planned ROI
Requirements
Digital marketing knowledge and experience in campaign management
Ability to translate numbers into impactful, concise messages via reports for a broad audience
Budget management, project management and campaign evaluation capabilities
A highly organized and focused multitasker with strong attention to detail and analytical skills
