About the Role:
In the role of Program amp; Operations Lead, you’ll focus on doing your best work to create a real impact with a team of like-minded people, managing relationships, projects and pilots with our existing and prospective clients.

What you will do
- Lead, manage and deliver pilot for prospective hospital clients (identifying issues, forming hypotheses, designing and conducting analyses, synthesising conclusions into recommendations and helping to implement change)
- Manage delivery of business value for pilots and projects
- Responsibility for meeting pilot goals and development of sales opportunities
- Responsibility to hand-off pilots to the implementation team for full roll outs
- Collaborate with the implementation team for a full rollout of the platform at new customer sites
- Manage communication and relationships with prospective and existing customers
- Collaborate with our product teams to shape our product strategy by leveraging feedback, learnings and observations across all customer relationships
- Effectively collaborate with AssistIQ’s teams to efficiently leverage our diverse capabilities
What you bring:
- 3+ years’ experience in management / technology consulting (in a consulting company or relevant experience with project management in a startup high-growth company.)
- University degree (preferable MSc / MBA related to Management/Economics/IT)
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills, especially in building trusted relationships with clients
- Experience in the life science, healthcare or technology industry an asset
- Experience in product management an asset
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
- French oral and written communication skill is an asset
- You are legally entitled to work in Canada
- Ability to meet client travel requirements, when applicable
