Key responsibilities:

Leads.io is currently seeking an Account Executive to join our vibrant team. In this role, you'll be responsible for crafting tailored prospect lists aligned with Leads.io's Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), buying personas, and successful verticals. Additionally, you'll focus on penetrating key accounts and exploring new business development avenues through comprehensive market research. Your outreach efforts will include utilizing various channels such as phone calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other social platforms to showcase the value proposition of Leads.io. Staying abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and industry advancements will also be crucial aspects of the role.

Other responsibilities are:

  • Contact and qualify potential clients through the following, but not limited to:
    • Outreach via Sequences, including email, cold calls, and social outreach via Linkedin
    • Custom videos (using Vidyard)
    • Attending trade shows and conferences as applicable
  • Profile strategic accounts, identify key individuals in organizations, research and obtain business requirements, and present ideas to begin the sales cycle
  • Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and client relationships
  • Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes
  • Close initial and subsequent orders
  • Use our CRM to manage leads
  • Research and prepare for meetings with potential clients that are set up by our BDM team
  • Manage expectations for long-term partnerships
  • Manage pilots from start to finish until handover to the Account management team
  • Continue to learn new skills, attend ongoing training/courses to grow within your role and Leads.io

Requirements

Your qualifications

  • Proven experience in an Account Executive role
  • Knowledgeable of outbound sales techniques and strategies
  • Proven track record of exceeding aggressive New Business Development revenue targets
  • Ideally proficient in Outreach, Salesforce, and Apollo or similar platforms
  • Ability to build productive business professional relationships
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to prioritize and manage workload
  • Excellent selling, negotiation, and closing skills that are consumer-oriented. Display courtesy and sensitivity and respond to service requests.
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations and conversations tailored to the audience's needs
  • Strong networking skills
  • Desire to learn and grow in sales
